Hi there! Thank you so much for inquiring about my program. My online program is designed for the person who either lives too far away to personally train with me, or the person who has some lifting background and wants to do their workouts on their own time. I can tailor make your programming as intensive as you wish for as many day a week as you want. However you choose to train, your program will be very structured and comprehensive. Best case scenario is if we can meet in person for at least 2-3 hours of instruction and just so we can get to know each other. If that is not possible, then no problem we can do everything via skype.
The online coaching consists of a weekly skype meeting, food journaling, and recording daily lifts as we go. I'll be supplying you with your weekly program, nutrition guidance and tweaking anything that comes along during your training.
It is very important to maintain good communication and to remain faithful to the program for optimal results.
Whether it’s weight loss, strength gains and physique transformation or health reasons you’re seeking, I can help you, but it will require a great deal of accountability on your part. Remember, I'm here to help you achieve your goals, so we'll be talking most frequently in the first couple of months.
