Amanda Hudson is lead coach at the studio and is a licensed/certified Amazing 12 coach, a StrongFirst level 2 certified kettlebell coach, a Ground Force Method certified instructor and an ISSA certified trainer.
Maya Helbling is our lead maintenance coach for our Amazing 12 graduates and a certified TRX instructor.
Amanda Thibodeaux is our certified level 1 CrossFit instructor.
Karri Simpson is a multi level certified TRX instructor, a StrongFirst level 1 kettlebell instructor and is a certified TRX for golfers instructor.
Jackie Mardis is our part time strength coach and trains many of our young student athletes.
